Rich and Bijan return after a harrowing week. Bijan survived a near drowning at Tough Mudder and Rich broke both bones in his lower leg and spent several days in hospital. But the show must go on, despite some technical difficulties!

This week on ANW Junior we saw fantastic performances by the girls at all 3 age brackets, including viral Internet sensation Taylor Green. In Ultimate Beastmaster action, we saw Laura Basta from France repping the athletic women as well! She made it as far as anyone this season and narrowly missed out on the finals due to a point thruster only. Fantastic stuff all around!
