In this episode, Rich and Bijan discuss a variety of topics related to American Ninja Warrior and “ninja” competitions in general.

The main focus of the episode is a competition called X-Warrior, which is Sasuke in China. It is heavily influenced by American Ninja Warrior, and the episode we are reviewing is a competition against some famous ANW competitors.
