One of the obstacles from Sasuke, mentioned by Jamie, that could be difficult for Americans to complete might be the Vertical Limit: http://sasukepedia.wikia.com/wiki/Vertical_Limit. Here is a video from the Summer 2014 CCNWTC event of Daniel Gil, Jamie (both unsuccessful) and Geoff Britten (successful) attempting one version of the Vertical Limit: https://youtu.be/wwtnBgucR_w?t=783 . Here is another video of Kevin Bull attempting it as part of an actual stage 3 attempt from the same event: https://youtu.be/0DpNUb0h8Hc?t=205
Jamie may have also been referring to the differences in the Cliffhanger ledges. In Sasuke, the ledges are only 3cm in depth, while they are bit larger (I’ve heard 4cm) in ANW. Some of the ledges in ANW (specifically the landing for the “crazy” transition) also appear to have a small vertical lip which makes landing the transition a lot easier. Only 4 competitors in Sasuke have cleared their version of the Crazy Cliffhanger, the heaviest of which was only 148 pounds (67 kg).
